Primary Objective

To carry out beauty treatments to the highest professional standard and in line with UR-Beautiful guidelines with due care, attention and sensitivity to client’s needs. Maintaining and delivering superior customer service and aftercare.

It is your duty to welcome our guests with compassion, warmth and ensure that our guests receive quality services and treatments. It is your duty to support your Manager and your Supervisor and lead by example by providing unparalleled customer care.

Key Skills

Essential Skills

• Completion of accredited Beauty Therapy qualification ( Min NVQ 3)
• Minimum 3 Years experience in massage therapy
• Fluency in English
• Passes excellent written, verbal skills
• Demonstrate excellent time management and organization skills
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to interact and understand clients needs and ability to provide unsurpassed customer service
• Ability to think and respond quickly to problems at hand
• Maintain professional appearance, behaviour, integrity to guest and fellow employees
• Ability to work cohesively with other employees as part of a team
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of all guests
• Ability to work evenings ,weekends, public holidays, when business requires
• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures

Desireable Skills

• Hot waxing experience or qualification
• Experience in one or more of the following brands: Elemis, Aveda, Guinot, La Prairie, Thalgo, Crème de la Mer, Natura Bisse and Dermalogica
• Retail Sales Experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to continuously stand, walk or bend
• Ability to lift objects up to 10kg
• Ability to do repetitive movements such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, ascending and descending stairs
• Use of hands, fingers, forearm and entire body to provide body massage treatment which is continuous
