Call Centre Advisor

Reports to: Call Centre Manager
Work Hours:
40 hours per week which will include a weekend shift and may include bank holidays.
Primary Objective
OBJECTIVE
The call centre is the first stop in every guests experience. You will welcome our guests with warmth, serving them with efficiency, knowledge, friendliness and a compassionate attitude. You will deliver positive and professional customer service that will set the tone for the rest of their experiences within the Urban Retreat
Key Skills
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 year previous call centre experience
- Ability to demonstrate excellent telephone skills
- Experience of taking the initiative and taking a positive and practical approach to problem solving
- Good command of English is essential, foreign languages desirable but not essential
- Possess excellent literacy and numeracy and written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and ability of sales and promotions
- Demonstrate attention to detail and time management
- Strong team working skills, able to work to shared objectives and procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Desireable Skills
- Experience of Call Centre duties in addition to face to face customer services
- NVQ 3 in Customer Services
- Mathematics and English GCSE grade C or higher or equivalent
- Conversant in language/s other than English especially French
