Key Skills

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 year previous experience
• Hard working and a ‘can do’ attitude
• You MUST have experience working in a busy restaurant
• Fluency in the English Language
• Committed to providing excellent customer service
• Possess good literacy, numeracy and written and verbal communication skills

Desireable Skills

• Prior knowledge of Harrods, Urban Retreat, East Dulwich Deli will be an advantage
• NVQ qualifications ( or equivalent) in Customer Service in Hospitality of Food Preparation will be an advantage
• Foreign language desirable
• NVQ qualifications ( or equivalent) in Customer Service in Hospitality of Food Preparation will be an advantage
