Primary Objective

Work as part of a team providing technical expertise, delivering superior customer service, advice and after care. To maximise column bookings and maintain and develop your business.

Key Skills

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3 years shop floor and column generating experience
• Excellent all-round cutting skills; possess the ability to perform classic, contemporary and trend
• Excellent all round knowledge and experience with colour techniques
• Ability to blow dry and finish in modern way
• Ability to dress hair and carry out ‘hair-up’ in classic and trend styles
• Sales/retail ability or experience essential
• Good command of English both verbally and in written communication
• Time management skills
