One of the biggest salons in the world, the space covers 22,000ft of wall to wall "beauty heaven" including 32 treatment rooms and 45 styling stations.

As a Retail Associate your first impression will create the imprint of what our Company embodies in quality and standard of service. In essence, you collaboratively represent the face and voice of our organisation, so the impression you give is the image that counts.

Your sales confidence, communication skills and professionalism will be essential to excel in your role as Retail Associate. You will create a positive image and will skilfully be able to manage customer needs with deftness and be the focal point of knowledge. ‘Retail’, ‘refer’ and’ recommend’, will inherently be part of your dialectology and you will understand that our guest are the most important visitor on our premises.
