For this reason, we offer a range of optimum health 'superfood' salads and juices endorsed by nutritionist Pam Stepney, alongside more decadent treats such as the EDD Chocolate Brownie. The East Dulwich Deli at the Urban Retreat is the perfect place to indulge as part of a healthy diet because you can rest assured that the chocolate in our kitchens is made from 72.5% cocoa solids, our clotted cream organic and our muffins, cakes and tarts all additive free and homemade from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
