I love the new look. There is nothing I would change. It's a simple and colourful design that just jumps out at you. Your explanations of the products is again, so simple to understand. I love "Ask Sara". It's like having my own beautician. Before I use to use google to search for the best price and quality of a product, now I just "Ask Sara". Sara not only tells you what she thinks is the best product for you personally but tells you how to use it, handy hints etc.

Just to let you know that your new layout is fab...very easy to navigate , and good that you have the option to 'view all', as it sometimes becomes tedious when you have to go through each section. The new site is fresher and the change in name is brilliant. The Urban Retreat is a name that everyone will recognize as a platform for high quality service, branding and products. I was always confused when previous emails came through as there are many beauty salons named 'beautique' one of which I go to, so I was unsure of if the email was from you or from the salon reminding me of a waxing appointment etc. The site is easy to navigate, vibrant in content, design and style. Great for a beauty site!
