After her years of experience in New York helping to launch American Elle, French makeup artist Laura Mercier began working on advertising campaigns for Bergdorf Goodman, L'Oreal and Victoria's Secret eventually becoming chief makeup artist for Elizabeth Arden. Personal artist for Madonna, Sarah Jessica Parker and many others, Laura Mercier launched her Award Winning makeup range in 1996 which has since achieved cult status amongst beauty editors and high profile publications. When she is not travelling the globe for glamorous shoots with photographers like Steven Meisel with whom she has created countless Vogue cover designs, she divides her time between bases in New York and Paris.
