Nail Technician

Primary Objective

To carry out manicure and pedicure treatments to the highest professional standard and in line with Urban Retreat guidelines with due care, attention and sensitivity to client’s needs. Maintaining and delivering superior customer service and aftercare.

Key Skills

Essential Skills

• Must possess minimum NVQ II qualification, NVQ III or equivalent would be desirable
• Two years salon experience desirable
• Experience in /knowledge of Jessica products or similar
• Retail/Sales ability or experience
• Good command of English is essential, foreign languages desirable but not essential
• Possess excellent organisational skills, written and verbal communication
• Demonstrate attention to detail and time management

Desireable Skills

• Experience in Leighton-Denny products

Physical Requirements

• Ability to continuously stand, walk or bend
• Ability to lift objects up to 10kg
• Ability to do repetitive movements such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, ascending and descending stairs
• Use of hands, fingers, forearm and entire body to provide hand and feet treatment which is continuous.
